Though I do have an issue with 'vampyre' here. Vampyres (as far as I know, feel free to correct me) are classically demons. The trend to use the word as an association to vampires is partly to do with the spelling and their method of killing. last time I checked, vampyres suck souls from people.

2007-03-01 [windowframe]: If it's the view of fiction authors, then it should go on: fiction / fantasy literature or classical / historical literature (pages created when we have content to put on them) if it's actual mythology then we can create a Vampire mythology page. :)
